For now enjoy a few of the pictures from my first holiday family session of the year!
This year for fathers day I wanted to give my husband a very unique and fun gift. I wanted something that he could do with his kids. Something that everyone would enjoy. So for fathers day I gave my guy the gift of flying like the Superdad that he is!! I talked about this gift with the kids and they were very excited to see their dad fly!!! What they did NOT know is that they were gonna get to fly with him that day!
We did not tell Shane where we were going that day. All we told him was that it was a big surprise that would “blow him away!”
Everything from that day was AWESOME! The instructor Javier was so great with the kids. I was a little worried that Seth (our six year old) would decided not to try it but he did!! Here is a little peek into that day with our family….
After we arrived the kids found out that they were going to be flying with their dad. They we so excited!! We filled out all the paper work and went into the observation room to wait for our flight instructor. We got to watch the group before us go! The kids (and Shane) could not hardly wait!
We meet our flight instructor Javier. Then we went upstairs for our flight suits, head gear and our official flight instructions!
Olivia was to small to fly so her job was just to watch, but she wanted to wear some ear plugs too.
SkyVenture’s offers packages where they will take photo’s and video’s of your flight. Our “You Tube” video has footage from the video that we got from them. Though, they do take photographs all the photo’s in this post were taken by me.
Some of you my recognize this “hot momma”. She is a fellow photographer and good friend of mine. We have worked together a few time’s photographing weddings. She lives down towards Orlando. We do not often see each other so when she asked me to take some pictures for her I was like… Sure, let’s “play!” haha… so they drove all the way out to see me for this little photo shoot….
I spent a few days in Charlotte, NC last week. We had a blast! I just wanted to take a quick second to show off one of the photo sessions that I had up there.
Little Miss Olivia’s Birthday falls just a few days behind Seth’s. She is now a big TWO! On her Birthday we went to fun spot. (Hannah had a baseball party there anyway.) Olivia had a great time! Here are a few pictures of her enjoying her big day.
My little son Seth turned six years old this week. Every time one of our kids has a birthday, we take them out and do something special with them. It is great because it gives us a little one on one time together. Seth picked the Magic Kingdom to spend his day.
I had a wonderful time photographing this lovely family this past week. WOW, and such beautiful children! I swear I have the best looking clients ever! The girls were both so easy to photograph and had the best little manners. OH and their little baby boy was just way to cute!
Thank you for having me photograph your beautiful family. You guys were all a pleasure to work with!
I also want to say a quick Thank you to my assistant for this shoot, Trenton Moore.
Here are a few of the many images we caught on that perfect afternoon.
I have been photographing these kids now for quite some time. Over these past few years I have fell in love with these kids and have become quite good friends with this family. I will never forget the first time I ever talked “shop” with their mom. She said she checked out my web site and that she might have to have another baby just so I can photograph the birth…. Well, about a year later I did indeed photograph the birth of their youngest daughter. Who, by the way, is a year and a half old now! WOW, how quickly time flys!
This sweet little family came by my studio last week. We had a great time. They were so wonderful, so laid back and up for anything. Big sister was awesome and did such a great job with her pictures. She was so proud to hold her new baby sister in her arms! It always amazes me how gorgeous these moms look just a few days after giving birth! Here are a few of the images we captured from that morning. Congrats guys you truly have a beautiful family.
