This little guys was truly as sweet as they come! So adorable and such perfect skin tone. I swear he required very little editing. He was super good to me and we got lots of wonderful shots!

It is so hard for me to keep up with this blog. I get so busy doing a million other things and the poor blog just falls to the side. I really try to keep up but forgive me for the weeks that I don’t! I know you all must look forward to my post cause after a few days go by, I start getting little reminder emails and facebook note’s from fans wanting to know when I will be making the next post! Ha, it is so nice to have fans! lol!!

I do want to take a quick second and publicly thank one of my SWEET, SWEET,  newborn clients.  When she picked up her pictures this week she handed me an envelope. Now I have gotten thank you notes before but this note really spoke to my heart. For me, it really summed up why I do what I do!!

(She does not know it but I am going to share with you some of what she wrote. eek… I hope that’s ok with her)

Sweet of her right? Thanks Danielle. It was truly my pleasure to photograph your little one in his first few days of life!

Now some more Newborn pictures…

after a long string of baby boys in my studio, I have to admit it was REALLY fun to have a little girl in the studio!  so we “girled” it up with pink’s and red’s and flowers! SOOOO… adorable!!!

Little Luke was so sweet. He was a preemie at birth and was almost four weeks old at his shoot but let me tell you he is a strong little guy. Here are a few pictures from his visit to my studio.

He was my oldest newborn so far… I fudged my “under 12 day’s old” rule for this little guy, and boy am I glad I did. He was actually three weeks by the time I got my camera on him. Although he was not quite as curly and squishy as the younger newborns, he was such a charming little guy that none of that mattered! He slept so soundly and was up for most anything I asked him to do.

The newborn casting call is now officially full! I am in awe at how fast it filled up. When I issued this call I really thought it would take up to three months to get 10 newborn babies, but you guys filled it up in under a month!! It is hard to believe that I have photographed so many new little ones in such a short time!!
Thanks to everyone who sent a new mama (and baby) my way. Also Thank you to all the family’s who brought their sweet little newborn’s to my studio!

The newborn casting call is almost over. I am looking for my last two babies. I have to say, I am in awe at how quickly this casting call filled up. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to all who sent a mommy and baby my way! Without you guys, none of this would be possible. Although I am down to the last two babies to fill this call. I want to say that this call is first come first serve, by appointments made, and not necessarily by birth order. If you have a baby due in the next couple of weeks, please still contact me… but do it soon.

Ok, now on to today’s baby!!
Adorable does not even begin to describe this tiny munchkin! This little guy was fresh from his mama’s belly. In fact he had his appointment to have his pictures taken before he was even born! His parents left the hospital band around his ankle just for the pictures! He was so good to me, for his little photo shoot! Talk about cooperative. He was so easy going; nothing bothered him, well, unless he was hungry! Then, he definitely spoke up! I think he would have been happy to let me photograph him all day long… that is, as long as he got his lunch and dinner and breaks!

Is she not just a little bit of sugar!?!? So girly, so cute, and so sweet.

I recently put out a casting call for newborns and boy oh boy or should I say boy oh girl, did you guys deliver!! (Yes, pun intended!) Be prepared for a newborn explosion on this blog!

I am still looking for 5 more babies for this casting call so if you are interested please contact me ASAP!! The spots are filling up faster than I ever imagined!
So today, we have a little set of twins… and I DO mean little! These tiny darling brother and sister came to me at just under 6lbs each!

This sweet little family came by my studio last week. We had a great time. They were so wonderful, so laid back and up for anything. Big sister was awesome and did such a great job with her pictures. She was so proud to hold her new baby sister in her arms! It always amazes me how gorgeous these moms look just a few days after giving birth! Here are a few of the images we captured from that morning. Congrats guys you truly have a beautiful family.

A few weeks ago I issued a casting call for a little project I am currently working on. I needed a few newborn models to come to my studio for a couple of pictures. Well, this little guy was my first volunteer. He was oh so sweet. Here are a few images from that session.
